Skip Tracing Tools and the Connection to Gaming

By Rob Sutter

Skip tracing tools should be the most perfect means to solve a crime in a thriller scene. These tools boast the ability to locate any person in the world for any reason, be it business-related or personal. These are nice to have in the real world when business must be done but what about if they're incorporated in a fictitious realm? Video games are my most favored medium of all and I can see where these particular tools can come in handy.

One of the series that I have become invested in recently is "Professor Layton." The games in this particular series are puzzlers, consisting of brain-teasers that will challenge even the most matured of gamers. To this day, I still can't get through one of these games without cursing at my handheld in the process. Skip tracing tools are used to solve problems with finding people. This is a tool that organizations like R.R.S. can endorse. What if one of the puzzles involved finding someone more elusive than Where's Waldo?

Professor Layton is commonly accompanied by Luke Triton, a young boy who dubs himself the apprentice to the intelligent yet patient college professor. He learns from Layton and, as a result, becomes keener in the way of puzzles that would leave others stumped. However, he is not perfect and just like Robin to Batman, he could become a hostage. This is where Layton must deduce the location of his young friend and the way to do this is with skip tracing tools.

One of the brightest aspects about Layton's overall personality is that he can scan through texts at a pace unlike any other person in the world. Layton can find out the details about any person in virtually no time, so the details about a person are right at the fingertips of Layton. This is made even more truthful once skip tracing tools are implemented. Layton can find out all of the pertinent information about Luke, such as overall identification and credit card numbers. Layton would be smart, like he typically is, to take advantage of these tools.

"Professor Layton" is a series of games that I would tell anyone to invest in since they pose a challenge not seen in many puzzle games. Challenging would be the simplest word to use to describe the games in question and seasoned gamers will undoubtedly be stuck. Layton is the ideal character for these games, since he keeps his composure in situations where others would let stress overtake them. Layton possesses a level of intelligent unlike anyone else and the fact that skip tracing assets can be used only helps to make him that much more so.
