What is an MLM Binary Plan?

By Larry Franklee

You have done your due diligence and are virtually ready to make the leap and start your own internet marketing business. Then you heard the words "MLM binary" and, while you nodded like you understand precisely what meant - you actually have no clue.

You are not alone. MLM compensation plans are some the most difficult things on the planet to understand, unless you've a degree in mathematics. But thankfully, most mlm binary programs are quite straightforward to comprehend when you sit right down and crunch the numbers.

MLM Binary Compensation Plan Explained

The word binary means two. So concentrate on the idea of 2. When you sign up and begin building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find two folks who also wish to work towards securing time and financial independence.

You sign them up and place them on what is called your front line. Your private line of sponsorship and, as you are working a MLM binary program, you and everybody else in the business is only permitted to have up to 2 people on their front line. 2. Only 2.

So now your business is composed of you and 2. Fred and Sally. And in an ideal world both Fred and Sally would now sponsor two who sponsor 2 who sponsor two, etc, and everyone gets rich beyond their craziest daydreams. unfortunately, we live in the actual world and possibilities are Fred and Sally won't do to much of anything whatsoever .

So you need to go find a few more folk and since you are only allowed to have a total of two folks on your front link, you will have to put these new sign ups UNDER either Fred or Sally. Or perhaps you may place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.

MLM Binary Spillover

When you dropped your new sign ups into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. To paraphrase, you have helped them build one side of their business based on your efforts. And this is one of the massive advantages of the MLM binary compensation plan - the idea that, if you have an active upline, they might actually assist you in building half of your business.

The challenge is you may still have to sponsor and recruit a fair number of folk and place them on the other side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. So while you might enjoy some enormous spillover - you will only get paid when you also add new folks to your business.

So that's the question you should be asking. Not is a mlm binary perfect for you rather, How will you go about selling your new business? What, especially, is your plan to promote your products, services and opportunity?

Will you utilize a proved online lead generation system or explode your profits using attraction marketing strategies? Do you have an advertising budget?

How will you convince people you are the upline leader they are searching for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most important questions, really, because if any person has made money through a mlm binary programme ( and many have ) then it is not the comp plan that's in question . The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
