This is because using similar format for long durations of time is always likely to make these mails monotonous to the audience. It would also be wise to avoid over using Spam traps. If used more frequently, the Spam filters will always relegate these mails directly to Spam box.

There are those clients who might have signed up to receive these mails in the past and since then changed their minds. It is thus important to renew the list on a regular basis. This way, those clients who might have lost interest in receiving these mails may be excluded and new interested clients recruited.

The process of subscribing to emails promotion should always be made as simple as possible. It is also necessary to make it a single page process. This is because majority of clients are always busy and may not have time to go through a lengthy process.

When creating the content meant for email marketing, the marketer needs to bear the demands of their clients in mind and try to address them. This may be achieved by carrying out some research on these clients needs. Good contents will always trigger the reaction of the clients.
