Kodak sued Apple and HTC patent infringement of its digital imaging

Kodak has more than 30 companies authorized to digital imaging technology, such as LG, Motorola, Samsung and Nokia. Submitted to the New York federal court lawsuit, Kodak alleged Apple violated the company's four patents.

These patents related to image transmission. Kodak said in the lawsuit, Apple iPad 2, iPod touch and iPhone are all models of the company's patent infringement. Kodak called for Apple to stop selling the infringing products immediately in the proceedings, to pay three times the company's losses and the corresponding compensation. As of now, Apple did not deny this story. Before this patent Kodak has sued Apple, it has not to verdict so far.

Kodak submitted to the U.S. International Trade Commission proceedings, the alleged violation of the HTC photo preview on achieving the company's patents. The Kodak patent had also been used to sue Apple and BlackBerry maker RIM, the U.S. International Trade Commission is the admissibility of the case.
