There's a dirty little secret dating coaches and relationship experts don't want to tell you about getting women. You probably are not going to like what I am about to you but it will drastically improve your success with women - trust me.

They say men are more visual than women. In other words, most experts purport that women don't really care about physical appearance. They probably don't care as much as men - but they do care. In fact, I think women like hard bodies as much as men do but women are more forgiving.

My point: If you're over weight, you're only kidding yourself. If you start limiting your caloric intake, you'll instantly get more attention from women.

Cut out all fast food. When you can, make your own food. That way you can control how many calories you're putting into your system.

Cut out all simple carbs. These calories quickly get converted to fat. Stick to complex carbs. They'll keep your energy high and they'll take your body longer to convert to fat.

I know growing up parents and teachers probably told you that fruits are good for you. Wrong. They're loaded with sugar. The body doesn't know the difference between organic and processed sugar. They both get converted to fat. No if, ands or buts, cut out all fruits.

You may argue that fruits are loaded with vitamins. True. But vegetables actually have more vitamins and almost no sugar. For example, broccoli has almost no calories but is a much richer source of vitamin C than oranges.

Stick to vegetables, complex carbs, and clean sources of protein - such as, fish and poultry. Don't forget that many vegetables are fantastic sources of protein.

Losing weight is not a sprint but a marathon. So pace yourself. Aim to lose no more than five pounds a month. If you're restive, this may not seem like a lot. But over the course of a year, you'll have lost 60 pounds.
