Get A Girl To Like You - The Importance Of Working Out

I want to you to imagine girls frolicking on the beach.

I want to you to imagine gallivanting with a woman.

When I asked you to do this, certain images popped into your head.

I don't know what beach you imagined and I don't know what color hair the girls had. But I'm willing to bet all of the women you imagined were physically attractive.

Here's the deal: physical beauty is important to guys.

But here's a cold hard truth you probably don't want to hear: Physical appearance is important to women as well. When girls see a muscled man with a big chest and bulging biceps, they get hot and bothered.

Girls might tell you that they don't care about this stuff, but they do. It is similar to when women ask men if large breasts are important to them. Most men say, "No. I don't really care about that stuff." But we all know that large breasts are nice. Same goes for a muscled physique.

If you're out of shape, don't despair. It's easy to get in shape.

The first step is to get a gym membership. You can get one for as little as $20 a month. That's less than a third of what you'll pay to take a girl out on the town.

Once you're in shape, women will get so turned on by your body that you may not need to take them out and spend money on them. So by getting gym membership, you'll probably save money.

You don't need to work out like crazy. Instead, work out your entire body three times a week. For legs, do three sets of squats for 10 reps. Use the bench press for chest, shoulders, and triceps. I like to do 10 sets of 10 reps for each workout. For lats and biceps, do 6 sets of 12 reps on a Hammer Strength lat machine.

Within six weeks you'll see a measurable difference in your physique.
