Clients, when they are approached in a personal level, would make them feel more valuable. Companies who are able to do it actually increase their chances of having returning customers. And returning customers could mean more opportunities for profit growth.

Doing offline marketing could be tedious especially if you're dealing with a huge number of customers and prospects situated on different parts of the globe. With email marketing, you can do this in a just a few clicks. It saves time and most importantly, saves a whole lot of your marketing budget.

4. Immediate delivery and response

Getting immediate response from clients is already a feat with traditional marketing practices. However, with email marketing, this is not a rarity. Because messages are sent out at a much faster rate, client responses are also expected to be received immediately.

5. Audience targeting and segmentation are possible

Email marketing makes it possible to send messages to clients who are more likely to purchase your product/service (targeted audience). Also, with segmentation, future email campaigns on these clients are pre-determined base on their response on previous campaigns.
