6. Do your own research. Do other reputable sources mention them? Have newspapers published articles about the company?
7. Analyze the professionalism the provider shows. Does their correspondence have misspelled words, A LOT OF CAPITALS, and excessive punctuation???? If so, they probably don't run a legitimate and professional business.
